Retail Store Manager- Kraaifontein, Western Cape - R40 000 to R45 000
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead and drive performance within a well-established retail environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for people, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of store operations, including sales performance, staff leadership, stock control, and administration
• Achieving sales targets and profitability through effective budgeting and cost control
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving customer queries professionally
• Maintaining compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Driving team performance, engagement, and a positive store culture
• Leveraging digital systems to optimise inventory and operational processes

Minimum Requirements:

• National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years retail experience, including proven management experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and retail operating systems
