Job Description
: Retail Store AssistantPosition: Retail Store Assistant Location: Port Elizabeth ,Eastern CapeResponsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries.Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process payments accurately.Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the store manager.Deliver great customer service .Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient store environment.Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Requirements:SA ID /Passport .Matric Certificate(passed) / Equivalent .Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.MJZ Direct Marketing is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
