Job Overview:
MJZ Direct Marketing is seeking motivated and customer-oriented matriculants to join our team as Retail Sales Store Assistants. As a Retail Sales Store Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally. Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately. Assist in implementing sales strategies to achieve store targets. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the shopping experience.
Qualifications:
Matric certificate or N4 equivalent. SA ID / Passport . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting. Basic computer skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
