Shop Supervisor
Locations: Centurion | Westgate | Trade Route
We're looking for a sales-driven Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure sales budgets are met.
What you'll do:
Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly targets
Lead and motivate staff to maximize upselling and cross-selling
Ensure the shop is clean, presentable, and fully stocked (min. 8 weeks' cover)
Oversee returns, merchandising, and product demos
Manage cash-ups, daily banking, and accurate POS administration
Take responsibility for stock, assets, and store performance
What we're looking for:
Matric (Grade 12) - compulsory
Retail or supervisory experience (sales-focused) preferred
Strong sales, communication, and leadership skills
Dependable, ambitious, and target-driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R8000,00 - R11000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 2025/10/11
