The
main purpose
of the Cash Converterssalesperson
role is to achieve retail sales targets by:understanding the needs of our customers by asking probing questions and listening carefully. offering solutions to our customer's needs. negotiating with the customer and use your selling skills to up-sell and offer add on sales. testing pre-owned goods and ensure they are in working order before closing the sale.
Specific responsibilities include:
To ensure that the retail floor and window displays are maintained in line with the company visual merchandising standards Collaborate with colleagues on the sales floor to achieve the common goals of
sales targets, merchandising and reducing stock age.
Participate in walking the line daily to build relationships, keep the lines of communication between departments open and learn from one another's experience Mastery and application of the Cashies selling process Demonstrate products and explain how they match the customer's needs and offer alternative products to ensure customer expectations are met Knowledge of new and existing products must be kept up to date to ensure that customers' needs are metJob Type: Full-time
