Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information and recommendations to customers Process transactions accurately and efficiently Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
Previous retail sales experience is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Matric Certificate or NQF level 4 equivalent Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
