Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goal.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Enthusiasm for retail and a passion for helping customers
