We're looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to drive sales, elevate customer experiences, and inspire store teams across Gauteng and surrounding areas.
What You'll Do:
- Lead & Inspire Teams: Coach Store Managers, build strong teams, and create a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Boost Sales & Profitability: Drive results through smart sales strategies, KPI analysis, and inventory optimization.
- Champion Customer Experience: Ensure consistent, top-tier service and brand presentation across all stores.
- Keep Operations Sharp: Oversee compliance, merchandising standards, and operational best practices.
- Think Big & Report Smart: Contribute to strategic planning and deliver insights to leadership.
- 5+ years in multi-store retail management (fashion/clothing preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to hit targets and drive regional performance
- Strategic mindset with solid business acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems
- A readiness to travel and be hands-on in the field
