• Ensure adherence to global PMI standards across all retail touchpoints, including stores, kiosks, and pop-ups.
• Foster effective communication with operators and agencies regarding store activities, promoting adherence to brand standards.
• Assist Brand Retail Sales Experts with normalization activities to enhance the brand experience and set-up.
• Participate in negotiations for new touchpoints, both conventional and unconventional, to expand our retail presence.
• Develop close collaboration with various teams, including Commercial Planning, Marketing, and Digital, to ensure the smooth execution of activities.
• Provide insights and support consumer experience initiatives to address gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations Development to ensure proper training for staff across touchpoints.
• Oversee budget and cost-related activities for brand retail expenses, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Marketing, or Supply Chain preferred
• You will 3-5 years of experience in senior retail or marketing roles within the retail or FMCG environment
• You are proficiency in MS Office tools with advanced MS Excel skills
• You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• You have the ability to establish links with individuals across different levels of the organisation
• You have strong analytical thinking and prioritization skills, with a focus on attention to detail
• You willingness to travel as needed
• A valid driver's license is preferred
