Finance Officer, Delmas – Mpumalanga, R38k P/m Gross, 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Job Description
Our client is a State-Owned Company operating in the energy sector and they require the services of a Finance Officer at their facility in Delmas.
This is a brokerage arrangement and the incumbent will remain in the books of our agency, subject to a 12 months fixed term contract.
Minimum Job Requirements
BCom Accounting
SAP Knowledge
4 Years work experience preferably in a power station/ mine / heavy engineering environment
Responsibilities
Daily & monthly GL accounts reconciliation
Variance Analysis
Allocate variances to the correct ledger accounts
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
SAP journals
Check and approve journals posted on the system
Check and approve daily payments
Assist with the preparation of the business unit budget
Supplier Evaluations
Administer day-to-day finances and assist with queries
Ensure financial controls are adhered to
Remuneration
R38 000 per month including leave benefit accumulated under the Basic Conditions of Employment Act
