Who are we looking for
A driven and strategic Sales Lead with a passion for client success and commercial growth. You're confident in engaging senior stakeholders, comfortable leading a team, and able to spot and convert business opportunities into revenue. You understand the media landscape and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What will you do
Build and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
Act as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of accounts and suppliers
Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development
Support strategic planning and drive commercial outcomes in collaboration with the leadership team
Lead, guide, and mentor a team of account managers and executives
Stay ahead of market trends to deliver forward-thinking solutions
Drive media sales through proactive pipeline development and lead conversion
Oversee forecasting, reporting, and the delivery of sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective campaign delivery and performance analysis
What do you need
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
Strong experience in sales and account management, ideally in media, retail, or marketing environments
Proven track record of leading teams and managing a sales pipeline
Solid understanding of media planning and campaign performance metrics
Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and building lasting client relationships
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen
