Good Knight Bedding are seeking one Sales assistant for our store in Kolanade Retail Park which is Situated in Montana
This is one of our flagship stores , we are looking for dynamic individual who is use to performing at high sales level and can adapt easily
The store is located next to Dial a Bed and has been in this location for over five years now , you have sleepmasters , rochester , ceilo and many others in the same centre as it is highly competitive environment
Having knowledge of the bed industry is vital if you want to be successful in this post
This store potential is R500 000 per month and minimum targets are set at a R180 000 per staff member
You need to be a individual who has strong sales background and high conversion rate as
We only keep two staff members in the store
YOU MUST HAVE RETAIL EXPERIENCE , IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SALES EXP WE WILL NOT CONSIDER YOU FOR PLACEMENT IN THIS ROLE
Basic of R5000 and commissions is payable from the first sale
We offer the highest commission in the industry ranging from 3% to 10 % per sale from the first sale on the gross sales price , not on the margin like other stores , and no minimum target to earn commision
we sell beds and furniture such as lounge suites and bedroom related furniture items , please prepare yourself around the products prior to an interview
ONLY CANDIDATES WITH SALES EXP WILL BE INTERVIEWED
