Retail Manager
Job Description
Seeking a retail manager in the Agri field at Middelburg area.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous Retail experience required
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Ability to work accurately and under pressure
- Ability to manage people
- Knowledge of HSEQ laws and training
- Products & Pricing knowledge
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis (Cash-up, balancing & controls)
- Staff Management (Discipline, rosters, leave etc)
- Retail management
- Adhering to franchise instructions & requirements
- Site & Equipment maintenance
- General customer satisfaction & problem solving
- Supplier & Client Liaison
- Occupational Health & Safety
Qualifications:
- Degree in agricultural management or business management is an advantage.
