Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmaceutical representatives to promote the pharmacy's services and offerings within the South African market. Stay abreast of industry trends, new pharmaceutical products, and changes in local regulations to ensure the pharmacy remains compliant and competitive. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to sales, inventory, and other performance metrics as required by South African authorities. Implement and uphold health and safety protocols within the pharmacy premises to prioritize the well-being of our staff and customers. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate important updates, recognize achievements, and address any concerns that may arise. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field. PharmD preferred. Proven experience as a Pharmaceutical Retail Manager or a similar role in the South African pharmaceutical market, with a strong track record of success. Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team. Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and dispensing procedures relevant to the South African context. Comprehensive knowledge of South African pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders. Proficiency in computer systems and pharmacy management software used within the South African market.
