10+ years of retail management experience (store, department, or multi-unit level) Proven ability to drive sales, lead teams, and deliver top-tier customer service Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others Excellent organizational and communication abilities
In This Role, You Will:
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team Drive store performance through strategic planning and flawless execution Maintain exceptional customer service and a welcoming store environment Oversee stock, visual merchandising, and day-to-day operations
