Our client, a well-respected name with over a decade of experience, is seeking a Retail Leasing Agent on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Their current portfolio includes various high LSM properties, with a large mixed-use precinct in various stages of planning and development. The anchor of this node is a sizeable regional mall xe2x80x93 which Is why they are looking to bulk up the capacity of their leasing team in order to secure the right tenants, in the right places, at the right price.

What Youxe2x80x99ll Do:
Reporting directly to the Divisional Leasing Director, youxe2x80x99ll assist in identifying local and national brands which can, contribute to the success of the mall & other projects sustainably. Leveraging your retail industry expertise and seizing untapped potential in the market, your aim will be to meet your leasing targets via ongoing tenant relationship and database management, broker networking and proactive competitor analysis. Although there is good leasing administration support, you would also be required obtain mandatory documentation from tenants, and ensure that all leasing and pre-leasing paperwork is completed on time and to the highest standards. Working with centre managers you will furthermore manage the handover process and ensure tenant compliance and satisfaction.

What You Need:
Wexe2x80x99re looking for candidates equipped with a degree or diploma, coupled with 4 to 5 years of proven experience in retail leasing on behalf of a landlord or developer. Active registration with the FFC and a valid driverxe2x80x99s license are essential.
