Job Description
My client, a well-known and established company based in Saldanha is looking for a motivated, energetic and dynamic individual to assume the position as a Junior Fish Shop Manager based in Kenilworth. This position is for a one year contract
Responsibilities:
- Assist with securing full compliance in all aspects of the daily store operations
- Assist with minimizing the risk in all departments of the store
- Assist Manager with Staff Management Lead and supervise
- Daily and weekly updates on main KPIs to Area Manager
- Cash Management and general administration
- Stock Management
- Driving Sales to achieve group budgets
- Effective implementation of new strategies/initiatives
- Ongoing reporting to Key Performance Area and flow constantly
- Promote company brand optimally
- Optimise store operations and evaluate store layout
- Relevant approvals to be done
- Ensure that IT systems are utilised correctly
- Grade 12
- Tertiary Retail / Business Management qualification would be an advantage
- Good process and product knowledge
- Ability to function independently and work under pressure
- Be Pro-Active and customer services orientated
- Self-motivated
- Team Player with excellent leadership skills
- Attention to detail is imperative
