Job Description
Our client is a dominant player within the South African real estate sector who specialize in the development and management of commercial, retail and industrial assets both locally and abroad. With a recent vacancy in their KwaZulu-Natal team, they are seeking an experienced Retail Centre Manager to join the business, to oversee the property's performance with the goal of adding value by growing income and maximising return.
Some of your Key Performance Areas will include, but not be limited to:
- Establishing and implementing strategic plans for improving and optimizing the property
- Conducting risk and exposure analysis
- Monthly performance analysis
- Deliver on marketing strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants
- Ensuring all administrative functions are well administered
- Assessing staff functions with regular performance reviews
