Job Summary RESTAURANT MANAGER (WINE FARM - FRANSCHHOEK) We have a dynamic opportunity for an Experienced Restaurant Manager on an iconic Wine farm in Franschhoek. The ideal individual has is highly service and guest orientated with a strong operational skill set, high level of attention to detail, ability to lead and manage a team effectively, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 4 years' experience managing a high-end restaurant.
