Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety regulations
Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relations
Track and analyze sales, costs, and profits to meet business targets
Coordinate marketing promotions and events in collaboration with management
Ensure POS and reservation systems are up-to-date and functioning smoothly
