Resturant Manager
Job Description
5 years experience
Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including shift scheduling
Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle complaints professionally
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety regulations
Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relations
Track and analyze sales, costs, and profits to meet business targets
Coordinate marketing promotions and events in collaboration with management
Ensure POS and reservation systems are up-to-date and functioning smoothly
Lead by example and create a positive team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R12000,00 - R20000,00 per month
Experience:
restautrant: 5 years (Preferred)

ID and drving license (Preferred)
