We are looking for a Restaurant Manager that will lead from the front, with strong motivational and people skills.
This is not a desk job and will need you to be very hands on, with a massive presence on the floor.
Long hours may be required.
Extensive knowledge in wine, mixology and beverages is required.
You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Managing all food and beverage aspects.
