Job Description

Join a vibrant, modern restaurant that blends Asian flavours with a contemporary South African twist. We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support daily operations, lead the team on shift and ensure every guest enjoys a warm, memorable experience.


What You'll Do




Oversee the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, professional service Manage floor operations, reservations and daily coordination Maintain guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem-solving Support team training, motivation and communication Liaise with the kitchen to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery Handle guest feedback and special requests with professionalism

What You'll Need




Minimum Grade 12 and a relevant hospitality qualification At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hotel environment Strong people skills and the ability to lead by example Excellent communication and organisational ability A calm, confident approach and genuine passion for service
