Restaurant Service Bartender/barista
Job Description
We're looking for a well presented and enthusiastic individual to join our restaurant service bar.
Must be able to:
- Read , write and speak English fluently
- Travel to and from work by own means of transport
- Make excellent coffee and understand the different types of coffee
- Knowledge of how to use and clean a coffee machine
- Good beverage knowledge including wine, beer, brandy, whiskey and other spirits
- Make great cocktails
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Maintain hygiene standards and cleanliness in the bar
- Understand stock rotation and requisitioning
- Count stock
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties
- Keep glassware clean and polished
Please understand this is a service bar and while you may serve customers who are seated at the bar while waiting for a table, there are little to no bar tips.
