Restaurant Operations Manager/hr Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:
You will report to and work closely with the Regional Head of the business as well as the restaurants support team.
Your responsibility is to ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the restaurants operational functions with the primary focus on Human Resource and Staff Management.
Requirements:
At least 7 years experience in Human Resource Functions and Operational Management in a food retail environment.
Experience in Labour Relations.
A working understanding of restaurant operations and supply chain.
Hands-on approach, involved in every aspect of operations, especially in Human Resources and staff management, staff rostering, health and hygiene, training, ordering of stock and invoice capturing.
Eye for detail, consistency and high-quality food preparations.
Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food.
Customer management, ability to communicate with discretion, tact and diplomacy.
Stock management checks. Must be able to account for losses and wastage.
