This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to contribute to a thriving and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests.Manage and mentor front of house and back of house staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.Implement and maintain company policies and procedures to meet operational goals.Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and maximizing profitability.Utilize computer systems for inventory management, scheduling, and performance tracking.Develop and execute staff training programs to enhance service standards and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food quality standards.Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.Drive marketing initiatives and community engagement to promote restaurant growth.Qualifications:Proven experience as Operations/General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.Strong understanding of both front of house and back of house operations.Excellent computer skills and experience with restaurant management software.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:FOH Senior Management: 2 years (Required)Sous Chef/ Kitchen Manager/Head Chef: 3 years (Required)
