Has to be from a 300 seater experienced.
Looking for a strong kitchen manager to lead a big operations in regards to health and saftey, quality, hygiene ordering and admin duties
Looking for a strong background FOH manager
Both has to be from a big restuarant back ground. 3 years min experience required in similar envoirments.
