We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to manage the restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience that reflects luxury lodge standards.
Important Information
This is a live-in role at a remote safari lodge
Accommodation and meals provided while on duty
Roster cycles discussed during interview stage
Roster cycles and leave structure will be discussed during interviews
Weekend, public holiday, and peak-season work is required
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years' restaurant management experience (luxury hospitality preferred)
Strong leadership and guest engagement skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and service flow
Lead, train, and schedule front-of-house staff
Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction
Manage reservations, seating, and special requests
Control costs, stock, and service standards
