Job Summary Restaurant Manager - West Coast Join one of the West Coast's most celebrated fine dining destinations. We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Restaurant Manager to lead service at this award-winning seaside restaurant known for its understated elegance, seasonal menu, and authentic connection to the West Coast. What You'll Do Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, seamless service at every level. Lead and motivate a passionate front-of-house team to deliver world-class yet unpretentious hospitality. Uphold the highest standards of guest care, presentation, and professionalism. Work closely with the kitchen and beverage teams to deliver a thoughtful, locally inspired dining experience. Manage financial performance, including budgets, stock control, and operational efficiency. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and pride in the West Coast's unique hospitality style. What We're Looking For Minimum 3-5 years' management experience in a luxury or fine-dining environment. A deep appreciation for West Coast hospitality - warm, genuine, and grounded in a sense of place. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team. Proven ability to manage high-end service operations while maintaining a relaxed, guest-focused atmosphere. Sound understanding of financial management, stock control, and service standards.
