We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant & Lodge Manager to lead the team at Paternoster Lodge & Restaurant on the West Coast. This role combines restaurant management, guest accommodation (7 rooms), and events coordination in a stunning coastal setting.
Key Duties:
Manage restaurant service, lodge rooms, and guest experience
Lead and motivate staff across all departments
Oversee functions, weddings, and special events
Control budgets, stock, and operational efficiency
Maintain high standards of hospitality, safety, and hygiene
Requirements:
5+ years' hospitality management experience (restaurant + accommodation)
Strong leadership, communication & organisational skills
Knowledge of food, beverage & events management
Financial & stock management expertise
Flexible to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
Knowledge of Pilot and NightsBridge
