We are looking for a South African
Restaurant Manager
in V&A Waterfront, Cape Town. High volume turnover, wine knowledge is a big plus as it is an up-market 400 seater up-market Restaurant,Offering R15K to R25K depending on experience and STABLE TRACK RECORD. At least 5 years experience
managing a large restaurant, managing staff etcThey need to be real livewires that can handle the pace of an extremely busy restaurant during peak season & can manage a very diverse team with very strong personalities
Medical aid and Provident Fund are compulsory and tax, so you will come out with about
R20K - R25K
(The company does not contribute)Must have own transport for shift work
