We are recruiting for a dynamic restaurant manager to join our management team at our bistro style restaurant in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in a fast paced restaurant environment. This position is responsible for management of the bar, FOH and wine sales and will report to the general manager. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual, a team player, results orientated and have a passion for people, food, wine and service.
