Able to manage a team, engage with customers, oversee front of house operations, cash ups and floor management. Qualifications Formal Hospitality Management qualification Skills Good Leadership skills. Able to work longer hours that industry demands. Minimum 5 years stand alone Restaurant Management experience required. Experience in upmarket/fine dining restaurant essential Ability to manage large functions and events.
