Job Summary Employer Description Restaurant Group with management contract to oversee and manage an upmarket restaurant in Harare Zimbabwe Our Client, is looking for a restaurant/Front of house manager with a solid proven track record in Restaurant Management. Able to manage a team, engage with customers, oversee front of house operations, cash ups and floor management. Qualifications Formal Hospitality Management qualification Skills Good Leadership skills. Able to work longer hours that industry demands. Minimum 5 years stand alone Restaurant Management experience required. Experience in upmarket/fine dining restaurant essential Ability to manage large functions and events.
