Oversee and manage store operations. Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high levels of satisfaction. Plan, organize, and supervise staff shifts. Lead, motivate, and manage team members. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient future operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Experience:
3+ years in a similar role at a reputable establishment.Personal Traits:
Energetic, professional, and passionate about the hospitality industry.Technical Skills:
Extensive knowledge of food and beverages (F&B). Ability to recall ingredients and dishes to effectively inform both customers and staffSoft Skills:
