Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Manage staff scheduling, stock control, and cost management.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
/p

Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively and professionally.

Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination.

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager (3-5 years) within a busy, high-quality hospitality environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, stock control, and cost management.
