Restaurant Manager - Job Opportunity

We are seeking a

hands-on, energetic, and experienced Restaurant Manager

to lead and inspire a dynamic team of approximately 50 staff members. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Oversee daily operations across Restaurants, Bars, and Room Service (where applicable). Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety. Actively support staff on the floor during peak service periods.

Team Management

Lead by example, fostering a culture of mutual respect, teamwork, and accountability. Motivate and mentor staff to achieve operational excellence. Manage staffing levels to meet service and financial goals.

Customer Experience

Ensure exceptional guest service from arrival to departure. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements.

Training & Development

Identify training needs and implement development plans. Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Compliance & Standards

Ensure adherence to all food and beverage policies, health regulations, and liquor laws. Monitor and maintain sanitation and safety standards.

Financial Oversight

Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and invoice management. Drive profitability through efficient operations and cost control.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED with

minimum 6 years' experience

in food & beverage, culinary, or hospitality management.

OR

2-year diploma/degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field with

minimum 2 years' experience

in a similar role.
