Job Summary Peri Peri Cafe is looking for a vibrant and energetic Manager to lead our Peri Peri Cafxc3xa9 team! We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about food, service, and team success. What we are looking for: Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Experience: 2-3 years in the food service industry in a managerial or supervisory role. Knowledge of food safety and health standards. Hands-on experience in inventory management and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service and food. Manage and train sta?, creating a motivated and e?efficient team. Handle inventory, stock levels, and food safety compliance. Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle queries e?actively. Skills Required: Leadership and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
