KZN South Coast restaurant
is seeking an experiencedRestaurant/Bar Manager
to join our team.Requirements:
Minimum
5 years' proven experience
in full-service restaurant management (FOH & BOH). Strong leadership skills with the ability to overseeall restaurant operations
. Proficient instock control, purchasing, costings, and staff management
.Computer literate
, with experience inGAAP or PILOT
systems essential. Must beenergetic, hardworking, dynamic
, andpassionate
about the hospitality industry. If not currently residing nearby, the candidate must bewilling and able to relocate
