Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will help lead the team, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the smooth running of all front- and back-of-house activities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations and shift supervision.
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Assist with stock control, cash-ups, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.
  • Step in as acting Manager when required.
Requirements
Minimum 5-8 years in Hotel Restaurant environment
Prior leadership/supervisory restaurant experience in hospitality.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage teams and maintain a positive work environment.
Sound understanding of food safety and service excellence.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and professional.
Own Reliable transport
