? Previous experience in a similar role at a 4*/5* hospitality property

? Stellar communication and guest-relations skills

? Solid F&B knowledge and a passion for memorable dining

? Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

? Strong computer skills and familiarity with POS/restaurant software
