Restaurant Manager (POS25099)

R15 000.00 pm - R18 000.00 pm (Live-in) (NO COUPLES) (Fixed Term)
Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager Micros System Experience required.
Responsibilities
- Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet
- Well-spoken and presented individual
- Strong leader who can oversee employees
- Manage the entire service operation of the restaurant
- Create and maintain relationship with guests in the restaurant
- Daily meetings and handovers with staff
- Staff rostering
- Maintain and achieve restaurant targets
- Do monthly stock takes
- Matric
- 3 years' experience in a management position in a restaurant / hotel
- Grade12 and computer literate
- Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable
