We are looking for an experienced and driven
Restaurant Manager
to join our McDonald's franchisee team.Requirements:
Current/previous McDonald's
Restaurant Manager
orFirst Assistant
experience is essential Leading Great Restaurants (LGR) or Restaurant Leadership Program (RLP) qualification will be to your advantage Strong leadership and people-management skills Ability to deliver excellent guest experience and strong operational results Solid understanding of McDonald's systems, standards, and procedures Proven experience managing shifts, people, and performance goals Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentKey Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day restaurant operations Coach and develop the team to achieve restaurant goals Ensure QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards are upheld at all times Drive profitability, manage labor and food costs effectively Maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performing restaurant environment
