What Youll Do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and outstanding guest experiences.
- Drive financial performance through smart budgeting, promotions, and cost control.
- Lead, train, and inspire a motivated team that delivers service excellence.
- Manage inventory, supplier relations, and compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and event teams to deliver top-quality food and memorable dining experiences.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Ensure the restaurant runs efficiently, profitably, and in line with company standards.
- Minimum 4 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Proven success in operations, staff management, budgeting, and customer service.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, guest-centric approach.
- Qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field (advantageous).
