to oversee operations within our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales performance, leading teams, and upholding company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships to control costs.
Analyze sales and financial reports to improve store performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Recruit, train, and develop staff for long-term success.
Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales.
Report directly to the Area/Operations Manager on store performance and challenges.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of proven management experience
in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Solid financial and analytical acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Must reside in Johannesburg or be willing to relocate.
