Job Summary
Stunning Cafe in the Hoedspruit area is looking for a RESTAURANT MANAGER
This position requires overall smooth and efficient oversight of the restaurant, encompassing staff management, customer satisfaction, and financial management. The ideal candidate needs to be family-oriented, results-driven, and have natural leadership skills.
Candidate requirements;
Must have Grade 12
Own transport is a nice-to-have, but not essential
Must reside in or around the Hoedspruit area
Must have strong computer literacy
Previous working experience in a restaurant is essential
Must have excellent leadership qualities
Must be disciplined and results-driven
Must be able to oversee the financial aspect of the restaurant
Package;
A basic salary of R15,000 with incentives of up to R5,000
Annual leave of 15 days
Working Monday to Sunday with some flexibility
