Job Description

We are seeking adedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to take the lead in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong and supportive leader with a passion for hospitality, a focus on operational excellence, and the ability to inspire a team to consistently deliver exceptional service.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring an outstanding and consistent dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, service quality, and profitability. Lead, manage, and develop FOH and BOH teams to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism. Create, manage, and adjust staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage during all service hours. Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and resolve complaints quickly and diplomatically. Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to align service and food quality with guest expectations. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Oversee cash handling procedures, POS system use, and daily financial reporting. Maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and reduce waste and loss. Continuously assess and implement procedures to improve service flow, staff efficiency, and guest experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership, motivational, and team-building skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient with restaurant management systems (POS, staff scheduling, inventory, etc.). Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and overall restaurant financials. A commitment to high standards in guest service and operational excellence. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
