Hello You is where style meets flavour in the heart of Graaff-Reinet. We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver the kind of food, wine, and hospitality experiences we're known for.
What we're looking for:
5+ years' experience managing an upmarket restaurant Strong leadership, HR, stock, and budget management skills FOH & BOH knowledge (wine knowledge is a big plus) Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Own reliable transport
You'll work closely with our General Manager, but we need someone ready to take charge of daily operations with confidence and flair.
