Experienced Junior Restaurant Manager - Franschhoek
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Minimum 1-2 years restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and team-handling abilities
Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Knowledge of GAAP POS (advantageous)
Maintain high standards of customer service
Assist with daily operations (front of house, staff supervision, cash-ups)
Support with stock control, ordering, and wastage management
Ensure staff follow company policies, hygiene, and service procedures
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Contribute to upselling and ensuring smooth service flow
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and management team
