Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and train restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Oversee staff schedules and payroll
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or business management is a plus
