Experienced Restaurant managers required for busy seafood restaurant in Claremont.
Must have back of house and front of house experience.
Knowledge of Pilot Software essential
Able to manage both back of house staff and front of house staff.
Must have strong leadership qualities.
Able to do weekly and monthly stock counts.
Shift rostering for back and front of house
Processing of invoices
receiving stock and purchasing of stock
Manage service levels at all times
Ensure brand standards are maintained at all times
Must be computer literate.
Must be able to work shifts and have own transport.
