Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily restaurant operations with a hands-on approach Train, and mentor staff to maintain top-tier service standards Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Collaborate with the executive team to implement new initiatives and drive growth
Qualifications
:5+ years in restaurant experience, with 2+ years in a senior position Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with inventory systems, GAAP POS, and scheduling tools Proven ability to improve service, operations, and financial performance Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
